Not so much a 'theme' as a person: this post is devoted to Detroit genius Carl Craig.
For us, it's hard to find an era where Craig wasn't producing amazing music: from his percussive outings to sensual techno right up to the present date where he makes sumptuous yet devastating club monsters. In fact, he's just a collected together a bunch of favourite remixes for a new compilation.
Anyway, here's two from his impressive back-catalogue that we've been enjoying. Craig also plays the same Paradise Factory date as Derrick Carter 12/04/08.
